Greece is an eternally popular holiday destination that enthralls and delights visitors year after year, and it’s certainly not hard to see why. From its ancient architecture and mythical tales of gods and beasts, to its golden sands and soaring rugged mountain peaks, few places are as beautiful. And yet holidays to Greece are both accessible and affordable, making it an ever-popular spot for everyone from sun-seekers and beach bums to cost-conscious families.

It’s also wonderfully diverse. Take the island of Rhodes for instance. Cast out into the deep blue Aegean Sea, Rhodes is a stunning destination that serves up a fabulous array of holidays for people from all walks of life. Clubbers and party animals get their kicks in the bars, pubs and clubs of Faliraki – a once notorious resort that has cleaned up its image in recent years and burst back onto the clubbing scene, complete with a long summer line-up of big-name DJs and themed party nights. Hikers and bikers will love exploring the wild and rugged ranges of Rhodes’ hilly interior. And families looking for holidays to Rhodes get the best of the bargain, as they’re treated to a long list of resorts and kids’ activities, capable of draining the energy of even the liveliest of youngsters.

Wherever you want to go in Greece, the chances are you can get there with an established tour operator. If you choose to book package holidays you’ll typically benefit from return flights, nightly accommodation and local resort transfers to and from your hotel, which takes the stress out of traveling abroad – particularly for those with children – and can also present various money-saving opportunities too. Most tour operators also provide the services of a locally based travel representative who is on hand to help out with various questions and queries, which all helps to make things that little bit easier.

This is a sponsored guest post which helps defer the operating costs of this blog. A big thanks to them for the support and for sharing this post on Rhodes, Greece with us!
